Kim Fowler, CPCC, ORSCC, is a certified coach, trainer, consultant and facilitator, and a faculty member of The Coaches Training Institute, the largest international coach training organization.  Through her company, MESA Coaching, Kim helps individuals, partnerships and teams create and manifest their unique vision through values-driven performance. She employs a systems approach with teams, wherein members utilize the information and knowledge of the group to access their highest functioning. 

In addition to her coaching expertise, Kim has accumulated twenty-five years of working experience in nonprofits, academic institutions and city government. She has held grantmaking, nonprofit management and board positions.  She provides executive coaching to directors and management staff; systems coaching for 2-person to organization-wide teams; and mediation coaching to staff in conflict.  She conducts leadership and communication trainings for nonprofits and small businesses.  Her coaching, consulting and training is infused with a deep knowledge of the individual management and broader systems challenges faced by these organizations.
