Developing Your Leadership Playbook
Friday, November 1 – 9:00 am to 12:00pm
“We hold these truths to be self-evident…” Thomas Jefferson
What are the core truths that guide your work?  This workshop for leaders, managers, and aspiring leaders will provide a chance to develop and renew your leadership vision.  Together we will develop and practice articulating your leadership roles and goals.  You will leave with clearly defined core values, as well as tools to clarify and strengthen your organization’s values.  This will be a great time to make sure that you know where you want your team to go, and what key strategies will help them get there.

Coaching as a Supervision Tool
Friday, November 15 – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
"The courage of leadership is giving others the chance to succeed even though you bear the responsibility for getting things done.” ―Simon Sinek
If you feel like it would be easier to do your supervisees’ jobs than be their manager – then this workshop is for you.  You will learn how to be a better trainer, cheerleader, and coach to set clear goals, inspire and support your employees’ development.  We will also leave having practiced some key feedback strategies to get your employees back in the game as soon as possible, and headed towards victory.

Leadership as a Team Sport
Friday, December 6 – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
"If you want to travel fast, travel alone. If you want to travel far, travel together." ―African Proverb
It is not enough to have five talented players.  You need to have all your team working together.  In this workshop you’ll learn some key elements of an innovative workplace.  You’ll practice strategies to build mutual understanding. And you’ll leave with a communication tool-kit to get your talented employees all working on the same team.  You should be on your way to a great season!
